How does on-site event printing work?

From the guest's side it's magic: pick a shirt, wear it a minute later. Behind the table it's a rehearsed production line. Here's the whole flow.

What happens before the event?

Prep is where a smooth event is won. We proof your artwork, batch the transfers or burn the screens, sort blanks by size and color, and stage the presses. By the time doors open, the only step left is the actual press cycle — so the first guest never waits on setup.

What does the live station look like during the event?

A guest steps up, chooses a design and a garment, and hands it over. Our operator loads it, presses it, and hands back a finished piece — usually in about a minute for live DTF. The crew manages the queue, watches the size counts, and handles special requests without pulling your team in.

How do you keep the line moving when it's busy?

Throughput is designed in advance. Batched transfers, pre-sorted blanks, and multiple parallel stations mean the press cycle is the only bottleneck, not the setup. For a big crowd we scale the number of stations and operators to match the expected peak.

What happens at the end?

We break down our own equipment, clean up our footprint, and leave with our gear. Because everything prints to order, there's no box of leftover shirts to store or dispose of — guests took exactly what they wanted.

Do we need to provide anything?

Mostly just space and power, which we confirm ahead of time, plus your artwork. We can source the blanks so the finished piece looks right, or print on stock you already have. We'll walk through the load-in details with you before the date.
