What can you print at an event?
Far more than t-shirts. The right question is which products fit your crowd and print fast enough for the line — here's how to choose.
What garments print best live?
Soft cotton and cotton-blend tees like Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan 5000 are the workhorses — they press fast, take color well, and suit almost any crowd. Fleece hoodies work great for cooler events, and canvas totes are a popular no-size option that anyone can use.
Can you print on hats and caps?
Yes. Our hat bar lets guests pick a cap — a structured Richardson 112, a Flexfit, or a soft dad hat — and choose a heat-applied patch or embroidered mark. It's one of the most popular stations because the finished hat feels custom and personal.
What about hard goods and non-apparel?
UV DTF lets us wrap tumblers, water bottles, and rigid swag with durable full-color graphics, and laser engraving handles wood and slate items. These make great premium giveaways when you want something beyond a shirt.
Which printing method do you use?
It depends on the item and the look. Live DTF heat pressing is our default for full-color speed; screen printing gives that classic ink-on-cotton feel for bold designs; embroidery and patches cover hats and premium pieces. We'll recommend the method that fits your crowd and timeline.
How do we choose the right product mix?
Match the item to the event and the budget. Tees maximize reach and value; hoodies and caps feel premium but cost more; totes are the universal-size crowd-pleaser. Tell us the vibe and headcount and we'll suggest a mix that balances experience against cost.
